A French company with around sixty employees, based to the north of Nantes (44), we have been established in the region for a century and a half. We are recognised in the design and manufacture of lead parts and its various low melting point alloys. The LEMER Foundry operates in the industrial, radiation protection, ballasting, fishing and marine sectors. Our teams have collectively written the values to put them at the service of all : trust, collaboration and agile expertise.

We are looking for a founder to strengthen our teams.

You will need to travel between the Le Loroux Bottereau and Carquefou sites.

Your tasks :

Organisation of production :

Supply machines and installations with materials and products
Set machine parameters
Ensure mould assembly and adjustment

Monitoring the production programme :

Carry out production operations manually or using machines
Carry out gravity, pressure and vacuum moulding operations
Packaging the parts produced
Detect malfunctions, monitor quality and locate appearance defects

Continuous improvement of performance :

Participate in identifying areas for continuous improvement
Update best practices and operating procedures

Your profile :

With successful experience as a production operator (at least 5 years' experience) in a metallurgical environment.
Or a ‘foundry’ graduate with at least 2 years' experience
You are self-motivated and willing
You enjoy working in a team
You are adaptable
and a rigorous approach

Contract :

Open-ended contract

Working hours :

2*8 alternating shifts

Gross salary :

2 000 € - 2 100 €
